Age Requirement
Users must be at least 18 years of age or have verified parental consent.
Account Safety
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and data accuracy.
No Liability
Annotatory AI is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
Global Access
Compliance follows local jurisdictions where required by regulation.
Chapter 04
Data & Consent
Research & AI Validation
Anonymized data may be used for training, development, and validation of AI models and digital mental health tools.
Trusted third-party vendors (AWS, GCP, Azure) are used for secure storage under strict DPAs.
Chapter 05
Intellectual Property
All content, AI models, algorithms, and trademarks are exclusively owned by Annotatory AI Projects Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

Payments & Refunds
Transparency
Pricing is clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Security
Payments are processed via encrypted secure gateways.
Refunds
Handled according to the specific Refund Policy annexure.
Third-Parties
Not responsible for external transaction gateway issues.

Liability
Total liability capped at the service fee paid. No responsibility for indirect damages.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations or legal non-compliance.
Chapter 12
Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India.
Arbitration Clause
Disputes may be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
